Privacy Policy — Kaucja Rush

Last updated:

In short. Kaucja Rush is a single-player game. Your progress is stored only on your device. We run no servers and have no accounts. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which processes device data on its own terms — in the EEA, UK and Switzerland only after you make a choice in the consent message. Crash reports and, with your consent, usage statistics go to Google Firebase so we can fix bugs and improve the game. An optional one-time “Remove ads” purchase is handled by Google Play.

1. Who we are

The game “Kaucja Rush” (the “Game”) is provided by Grzegorz Radomski TECH (the “data controller”, “we”, “us”).

2. Our approach

The Game has no backend server of ours and no user accounts. We do not sell your personal data. Data processing happens either on your device or by the third-party services listed in section 4, which act under their own privacy policies. The only information that reaches us is what those services report back: crash reports and, if you agree, aggregated usage statistics — never your name, contact details or payment details.

3. Data stored on your device only

This data never leaves your device through us. It is deleted when you clear the Game’s data or uninstall the Game.

4. Data processed by third parties

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalized ads are shown and usage analytics are collected only if you consent in the consent message. Without consent, AdMob serves limited or non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the Game: Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

We never receive your payment details. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play.

5. Permissions and reasons

6. Data retention

Data on your device stays until you delete the Game’s data or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google for ads, consent and purchases is retained according to Google’s own retention policies. Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings, no longer than 14 months. Your “Remove ads” purchase is linked to your Google account and can be restored after reinstalling.

7. Children

The Game is intended for users aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 16.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (Settings → Privacy options) without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Data on your device can be erased by clearing the Game’s data or uninstalling it. For data processed by Google, use the controls described in Google’s policies linked above, or contact us and we will help. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post material changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
