Privacy notice
This covers this website and the sqTile newsletter. The sqTile app itself is covered by its own app privacy policy.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Grzegorz Radomski TECH, ul. Pawia 10B/1, 08-825 Adamowizna, Poland, NIP 862-162-41-84. Contact: contact@gradomski.dev.
The website
This site is static — there is no server of mine, no database, no accounts and no analytics. Nothing you do here is tracked or profiled.
- Hosting. The pages are served by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Like any web server, it processes the requests it receives, including your IP address, for delivery and security. See GitHub's privacy statement.
- Cookies. None. Your light/dark choice is kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only — it is never sent anywhere.
- Third-party requests. None. Every page here is plain HTML, CSS and one small script, all served from this domain — no fonts, no CDN, no embeds. Nothing your browser loads on this site reaches anyone but the host.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, the only thing collected is your email address. It is used for one purpose: sending you notes about sqTile releases.
- Legal basis. Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box and confirming the link in the email that follows. You can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything sent before.
- Processor. The list is managed by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania), which stores your address and records whether the emails were delivered and opened. See MailerLite's privacy policy.
- How long. Until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after that your address is removed from the list.
- Never. The list is not sold, rented, shared or used for anything other than sqTile updates, and there is no advertising in it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing. Write to contact@gradomski.dev and I'll handle it. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
